根据§4-0.01(g) of Chapter 1289 of the 2020 Acts of Assembly, the Board will meet by electronic communication means, without a quorum and without any board members physically assembled at one location, to discuss or transact business statutorily required or necessary to continue operations of the 参观委员会 和 discharge of its lawful purposes, duties and responsibilities.

Public comments should address only the items listed on the attached agenda and will be distributed to the Board prior to the meeting.
Meetings of the Board's standing committees will be held on April 21 and 22 prior to the full Board meeting as noted on the attached schedule. A special meeting of the Presidential 搜索 Committee meeting has also been scheduled during this time for the sole purpose of approving the minutes from prior meeting. The Zoom link noted above will work for all committee meetings.
